Being invited to join the Retail Brokers Network Executive Committee in 2020 was one of the greatest honors of my career. Five years later, I’m proud to now serve as President of RBN and lead such an exceptional group of retail real estate brokerage firms.

My 15+ years as an RBN member have been both professionally rewarding for Pine Street/RPS, LLC and personally meaningful to me. Know – Like – Trust isn’t just a slogan — it’s the core principle that defines how we collaborate and conduct business.

2024 Theme: Sharpen the Saw – Get 1% Better

This year’s initiative applies to every level of our organization — the Executive Committee, member firms, and individual brokers. In action, it means:

  • Elevating our already outstanding retreats
  • Creating new connections and referrals across markets
  • Practicing “constructive selfishness” — actively choosing to invest in RBN
  • Making regional and specialty council calls more productive (Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West Coast, Restaurant, Tenant, Landlord, Investment, and our new Women’s Council)
