COMMERCIAL REALTY ADVISORS NW (“CRA”) was formed in 1996 in Portland, Oregon as a full-service retail real estate company. Since then, CRA has established itself as the regional premier retail brokerage firm serving the shopping center industry.
CRA was founded by Northwest real estate veterans Carl Anderson, Alex MacLean, Bob LeFeber, Lou Elliott and Chuck Martinez. Within several years the team was joined by Gary Surgeon, Matt Martinez and Jeff Olson. In 2006, CRA welcomed the addition of George Macoubray, Jon Kellogg, Ralph Bigelow, Rob Kimmelman, Nick Stanton, Scott Buth and Mark Banta. Debi Rosenbaum and Connelly Woody joined the firm in 2009. In 2011, Ashley Heichelbech joined CRA, followed by Kathleen Healy in 2013.

Commercial Retail Associates, Inc. (CRA) was founded in October 1991 with Thomas Anderson as a principal partner. Scott Negri joined the company in 1992 as a partner. In 2012, Sam Bogdanovich, Douglas Cords, and Shane Anderson became partners in CRA.
